Situated in the heart on Ballarat on the ‘Civic Hall’ site the Ballarat GovHub has the capacity for up to 1000 Victorian Government Employees over 5 levels of office space.

Featuring an active ground floor space, a glass conservatory linking to the Civic Hall, two levels of basement car parking, five levels of office space and EOT facilities all lighting is being controlled through the C-Bus Lighting Control system.

The C-Bus Lighting Control System in driven by the Schedule Plus software that schedules every light off in the building to save on energy. By using ethernet gateways on every floor the Schedule Plus software can control every single light and all 490+ C-Bus Units in the building from an easy to use graphical interface.
